1. Provider

The Slim Pilot service is operated by Slim Pilot. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with Slim Pilot.

2. Description of the service

Slim Pilot provides an online service that generates personalized nutrition and physical activity programs, along with a shopping list, based on a questionnaire completed by the user. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or fitness advice.

3. User account

You must be of legal age (or have permission from your legal guardian) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• infringe on intellectual property rights;
• distribute malware, attempt to intercept data, or probe the infrastructure;
• automatically extract (scrape) or resell all or part of the service;
• circumvent technical limits or security mechanisms.

5. AI-generated content

Programs, recipes, photos, and illustrations are produced by artificial intelligence models. Results may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. You are solely responsible for how you use them and should consult a healthcare professional if you have any doubts, medical conditions, or specific needs. You agree not to submit any unlawful content and to hold the rights to any information you provide.

6. Intellectual property

Slim Pilot retains all rights to the service, its code, its brand, its editorial content, and its design. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with your plan. Programs generated for your personal use may be used for private, non-commercial purposes.

7. Payment and subscription

Payments are processed securely by our provider Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles tax compliance, billing, and fraud prevention.

Payment, billing, and tax terms are governed by Stripe's terms of service applicable to buyers.

9. Service level

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to make payment, pose a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination, your data may be exported upon request within 30 days before deletion.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Slim Pilot's total liability is capped at the amounts you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude all liability for indirect damages (loss of profits, data, or opportunities). These exclusions do not apply in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or death where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Slim Pilot against any claim arising from improper use of the service or content you have provided.

13. Force majeure

Slim Pilot shall not be held liable for any failure resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control.

14. Assignment

You may not assign your rights without written consent. Slim Pilot may assign this agreement as part of a restructuring or business transfer.
